U.K Returns

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Items are sent from our warehouse with Tasker & Shaw tag attached, any item which are returned with the tag not attached will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 To request a UK return please email ukreturns@taskerandshaw.com, we will issue a returns number for your return and provide a returns label if needed

International Returns

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to process a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. For all orders which are sent internationally (except the USA) we will process these on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service, this means we cover any and all costs associated with getting the items returned. If for any reason the items which are returned are not sent back using the DDP service we reserve the right to deduct the value of any additional costs we incur from the value of your refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), earrings for pierced ears, underwear and personal care goods (such as grooming products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
